Order Status

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status.

NOTE:

If you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our transmission to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.

Your receiving time will contain 1-2 business days of order processing time plus the shipping time listed below -

Exceptions

Exceptions Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package.

Customs Duties

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Fan Shop Today cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

USPS Priority Mail - Standard: 3 - 5 Business days

USPS Priority Mail -Express: 2 - 4 Business days

USPS Free Standard Shipping - 4-8 Business days

UPS Ground - 3-5 Business days

UPS Next Day- 1 Business day not including Weekends (or) Holiday's.

Canada

Standard: 8 - 15 business days

Express: 5 - 10 business days

All other countries

Standard: 10 - 15 business days

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
